A: Your order history is located at the top right, in the "My Account" section.
Q: Is there any way to ship items to my home address?
A: Yes, please choose your default address from the drop down menu on the CHECKOUT page. You can edit your address in the "Address Book" section under "My Account"
Q: Can I change a pharmacies address? What's the procedure to do so?
A: Yes. You can add any client from the Master list to your favorites and then modify them, once again from within your profile in the "Address Book" section, after you've logged in.
Q: The Master List is too long, and it takes too much time to find a location... Is there any way that I can save a client that I continuously do business with?
A: Of course - when you select a location on the master list, you have the option to "add to favorites" at the bottom of the form. We will update the Master List on a regular basis, but this won't affect your favorites list.
Q: I accidentally added something in my cart that I didn't want! Is there any way to remove it?
A: Yes. To remove an item you can go to the "Your Cart" tab located top right of the page, and either remove the item by clicking the "x", or by changing the quantity to zero and clicking update. If you wish to just change the quantity, you can do so by entering the desired quantity in your cart and clicking update
